Since 2004, Aikido Doushin Juku has been providing instruction in Aikido and the martial arts in the Denver, Colorado area.

Aikido Doushin Juku was established as an organization for the dissemination of Aikido technique and philosophy.

Aikido is the way of harmony. The basic movements of Aikido are spiral in nature. This will teach the way to harmonize rather than confronting. The essence of Aikido is the cultivation of Ki or energy.

Ai = Harmony / Connection Ki = Spirit / Energy Do = Way / Path

Doushin Juku means the school of path to heart. We are here to provide the opportunity to explore the world of possibility.
